COVID-19 Update


Citizens Deposit Bank is in the process of reopening its’ branch offices to lobby traffic. We appreciate your patience over the last several months as we’ve sought to provide vital banking services, while protecting both our employees and customers during the COVID-19 outbreak.

As we reopen our branches, you’ll notice some things will be different. Based on Centers for Disease Control (CDC), State and local health department guidelines some restrictions will be in place.

  • The number of customers at one time in lobbies will be limited per State and local Health Department guidance.
  • Customers are permitted to wear masks while transacting business.
  • Customers should expect to be asked to briefly remove masks to allow our employees to identify them.
  • Signs on the floor will help customers maintain a recommended 6-foot distance from each other while in line.
  • Plexiglass shields have been installed at teller stations for customer and employee protection.
  • Seating in branches will be limited.
  • Should you be experiencing a fever or any flu-like symptoms, we ask you NOT to enter the building.
  • Please do not be offended when we don’t offer to shake your hand.

We continue to remind customers to be aware of fraud attempts, based on concerns related to COVID-19. Only rely on information from reputable sources, such as Centers for Disease Control (CDC) or World Health Organization (WHO).
